“Ratnagiri Gems and Jewellery” Terms and Conditions
This Website User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the website ratnagirigemsandjewellery.com (the “Website”), including the information, appointment-booking facilities, services, features and other facilities made available through the Website (collectively, the “Services”).

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable appointment terms before completing a booking. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as excluding or restricting any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
6. Astrology Consultation
Astrology consultations provided through or booked using the Website are intended as an astrologybased service for informational and personal guidance purposes.
The Company does not represent or warrant that an astrology consultation will result in any particular outcome, event, decision, prediction or result.
Any decisions made by a customer following or in connection with an astrology consultation remain the customer’s responsibility.
7. Jewellery and Gemstone Information
