South Sea Pearls are associated with the moon (Chandra). They're believed to bring emotional stability and mental clarity by reducing stress, anxiety and chronic depression. Pearls are primarily composed of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) specifically in the form of the mineral aragonite. Some trace elements like iron, zinc and manganese can be present which influences their colour. These pearls are a newer class of cultured high-quality pearls similar to Burmese Pearls but are a grade inferior when compared between them. They're formed by human intervention which aims at speeding up the calcification process. They're more supervised than Burmese ones thus readily giving it great round shape and texture ideal for jewellery pieces as well. Though not as astrologically potent compared to natural pearls, they provide a great intermediary benefit and are priced as a budget friendly option.
