Red Corals (Pala or Moonga) are associated with the planet Mars (Mangal). It is believed to improve physical health and vitality, personal relationships, strengthens financial positions and help overcome obstacles. Red Coral's primary chemical component is calcium carbonate (CaCO3) making upto 90% of its composition. Other elements like Magnesium, Iron and other trace elements contribute to its colour and physical nature. The red colour is largely due to iron oxides. We source our Red Corals from Italy and Japan where the latter is rarer to find as the supply has been curbed. Corals are fundamentally organic in nature found as part of the roots of actual coral reef systems and thus shrink in size over time compared to crystalline astral stones from either wear and tear or by being absorbed through the skin.
