Buyback & Exchange Policy

Lifetime Exchange

1. We invite the exchange of jewellery at any given point of time against gold purchased from any of our showrooms.
2. Exchange of products is limited to gold and diamond ornaments purchased from any of our showrooms subject to terms and conditions.
3. Exchange is unavailable against gemstones (except diamonds) and specific silver ornaments.
4. Exchanges are subject to our verification policy.
5. Exchanges require the customer to produce the original tax invoice which allows us to credit the value after deducting the associated making charges and taxes.
6. Old ornaments (non-hallmarked) of our manufacture may be exchanged for new ornaments on production of original Tax Invoice subject to a melting loss
7. Hallmarked ornaments of our manufacture can be exchanged with our new ornaments by weight of gold without any deduction (weight of enamel, dirt, stone will be deducted)
8. In case of exchange of diamond and diamond jewellery 100% of the diamond(s) bill value will be adjusted. The entire amount of making charge and value of studded precious stones will be deducted.
9. Gems can be exchanged or altered if asked for within seven days from the date of purchase and only before setting. Cash cannot be refunded.
10. Gems after setting or once used by the customer can’t be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Buy-back

1. We buy-back all jewellery except gemstones (except diamonds) and silver.
2. Buy-back requires the production of the original tax invoice against which the jewellery was purchased.
3. Buy-back is available at all stores and customers are encouraged to enquire with individual stores for further information.
4. In case of buy back, making charge and value of studded stone will always be deducted. The ornaments crafted by us may be sold back to us by weight of gold at the prevailing buying rate against A/C Payee cheque only.
5. Cheque issuing process may take three business days.
6. We do not buy-back astral gems or any gemstone (except diamond)
7. In case of diamond buy-back, we deduct 10% of the diamond’s value (as per invoice)
8. Buy-backs are strictly done by A/c Payee cheques or NEFT. PAN card required.
